Intensive Swimming Courses

Give your child a boost this holiday with our Swimming Crash Course at Zambezi Sports School! Whether they’re starting out or building on what they learn weekly, this intensive course helps them progress quickly and confidently.

Lessons run at the same time each day in small groups (max 4) or as one-to-one sessions.

It’s a fantastic way to spend the holidays—active, healthy, and developing a key life skill.

What class should I book for my child?

Booking the right class for your child is super important because it sets the foundation for how confident, comfortable, and happy they feel in the water.

The right group helps them learn at their own pace, build skills safely, and enjoy every moment. When a child feels supported and understood, their progress grows naturally — and so does their love for swimming.

Our duckling classes are for pre-school children (aged 3-5 years old).

Your child doesn’t have to have any previous lessons to attend these classes.

To be able to book this class your child must have achieved their stage 4 badge.

This class is structured to guide your child as they advance to Stage 5 and Stage 6.

These classes are for beginner swimmers. Children must be 4 years +.

In this class, sessions are designed to help children achieve their Stage 1 and Stage 2 badges.

For this class, your child must have achieved their stage 2 badge with a recognised swimming provider.

These sessions will support your child in working toward their Stage 3 and Stage 4 levels.

These classes are available for either 30 minutes or 60 minutes and are a great option to prepare your child for club swimming.

To book this class your child must have achieved their stage 6 badge.

Choose Swimming Lessons for weekly swimming lessons or Intensive Swimming Courses for Holiday Crash Courses.

Use the filters on the right to search by your availability for the day of the week that you would like classes – once you have selected a day(s) of the week refresh the page and it will bring up the sites that have classes running on the days you are looking for (Please note Parent and Child Classes for 3months – 3 year olds only run at Royal Park Primary Academy, Sidcup)
