Parent and Baby Swimming Classes

Our parent and baby swimming classes are available in both Sidcup and Sevenoaks, providing a fun and relaxed introduction to swimming for babies and toddlers aged 3 months to 3 years.

Our lessons are filled with songs, toys and plenty of fun, creating a positive and nurturing environment where your little one can begin a lifelong love of swimming.

Each class focuses on building core aquatic skills while supporting your baby’s physical, intellectual and social development. As part of the programme, children progress through the Swim England Discovery Duckling awards, which can be ordered directly to your home.

Small Groups

Our classes allow a maximum of 5 children per group, allowing our experienced instructors to provide individual support while creating a friendly and social learning environment.

Radnor House, Sevenoaks provides weekend sessions

In-pool instructors

Having teachers in the pool means children receive hands-on support, gentle guidance, and immediate correction when they need it. It helps build confidence faster and creates a safer, more encouraging learning environment.

Progression Pathway

By the end of the Parent & Baby programme, children will be confident and ready to progress into independent lessons. At Zambezi, we support your child’s full swimming journey – from their first splash through to squad session.

Children must be 3 years old before moving into Ducklings

  •  Each session lasts 30 minutes
  • Sessions run on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings between 10am and 12pm
  • Classes run during term time only and pause during school holidays.

Radnor House, Sevenoaks

Combe Bank Dr, Sundridge, Sevenoaks TN14 6AE
  • Each lesson lasts 30 minutes
  • Sunday mornings – 9:30am (12 month+) 10am (3-12 months)
  • Classes run during term time only and pause during school holidays. Up-to-date availability can be viewed on our booking page.
